Allows the carrying out of milling and hinge boring insertion operations.
Machines set-up for the assembly of 1 to 4 hinge boring inserting units for the automatic insertion of the simple hinge.
Features:

• Each anuba inserting unit is equipped with 1 electric spindle for the hinge insertion hole and 1 gear motor for anuba screwing;
• Milling unit for the slotting of the lock, for insertion of handle and key hole: The horizontal motor realises the milling for both the insertion of the plate and for the slotting of the lock. The vertical motor carries out the drilling for the insertion of the handle and the key hole. Upon request, side feeler to identify the millimetre differences in the widths of the doors;
• Load and unload of the door manual roller unit (optional).
