In joinery, as in the small and medium woodworking industry, machines that manage to combine multiple machining operations, power according to need and endurance on even continuous cycles, in order to pursue maximum production efficiency, are invaluable.
These are the principles around which the designs of the two machines P.ONE (for joinery workshops) and P.MAX (also recommended for more intensive industrial processes) were developed in the in-house engineering department.<\/p>\n

In the production of wooden frame structures for doors, sashes and windows<\/strong>, both machines add these distinctive elements, with a wealth of standard accessories (made in-house as per design, production of the machine body, final assembly with small parts from established suppliers, all Italian, and testing before delivery, also with customer tools).<\/p>\n

P.ONE is a profiling planing machine available in two versions (“4-spindle” and “4-spindle + Universal”), for the production of wooden frames (planed or with some profiling) with complex excavations and machining on, depending on the model, 3 or 4 sides of the wood.
The possibility of installing a PLC system on the machine also makes the management of working width and height automatic.<\/p>\n

P.MAX expands the configuration opportunities even further, with up to 8 working spindles to meet the most diverse requirements in wooden frame production, optimising processes and machining times (with working speeds of up to 30 metres per minute).
The machine also allows time to be further reduced by designing and implementing a customised workpiece loading and unloading system with return to the operator.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>
