In the production of wooden sashes and small doors (solid wood, raw, laminated<\/strong> and others), when their use will be for windows and shutters<\/strong>, Futura Woodmac can offer customised solutions for more efficient processing to the world of joinery and small and medium-sized industries, through a series of machines designed to their needs.<\/p>\n

The compact and robust P.ONE BASIC, with an excellent price\/quality ratio, is an automatic 4-spindle planing machine, ideal for joinery workshops that require speed and precision in the production of planed and rounded battens for wooden sashes and small doors.
P.ONE, which is also aimed at joinery workshops, even performs the complex profiling operations for excavations, milling and wood shaping, with operations on 3\/4 sides depending on the model (“4 spindles” and “4 spindles + Universal”).<\/p>\n

P.MAX meets the greatest needs (in terms of reliability and performance) in the industrial production of wooden sashes and small doors, presenting high-level features in process management: solid structure with great stability; variety of possible configurations (with 6 or 8 working spindles); high-tech innovations that impact consumption and processing times.
Among others, with the (recommended) option of PLC management and movement of the main axes used, it is possible to save and retrieve, in just a few moments, both the different programs and the various configurations of the tool data installed on the spindles, considerably optimising the production of wooden sashes and small doors.<\/p>\n
