With its versions of 4 and 5 spindles, P.ONE is an automatic planer and wood moulder machine that meets the needs of joineries and small-medium industry.
Its vast standard equipment includes a worktable of 2300 mm, pneumatic pressure onto the drive rollers, starting the motors by pressing the button, pneumatic pre-planing roller, motorised lifting, transmission of the rollers to the universal joints.
The technical features of P.ONE model allow staying on the vertical spindles (right and left spindles) on the 4th upper horizontal unit (thickness) shaped tools with a minimum diameter of 110 mm and a maximum of 180 mm, thus making possible a working capacity with a high degree of finishing.
4-spindle version with considerable opportunities for use, both as a wood moulder machine and as a 4 sided planer moulder, to perform excavations and more working operations on 3 sides of the wood.

IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING OF THE MACHINE BODY
The base (and the entire body of the machine) and part ot the internal hardware are made onsite through our own CNC metalworking milling machines.
In fact, Futura Woodmac works in synergy with Metalstar 2000 for any machining needs with its 3 departments: i.e. the sheet metal laser cutting, the welding and the numeric control milling cutters departments.
INTERNAL SMALL PARTS PRODUCED ON SITE
Also part of the internal hardware of the machine is internally manufactured.

WOOD MAX 230X130 AND MOTOR INDEPENDENT FOR EACH SPINDLE
The two models of P.ONE (4 and 4+UNIVERSAL) has been designed to work wood of maximum 230×130 and each of its working shaft has its own independent motor.

TESTS BEFORE DELIVERY
Before being delivered to the customer, the machines are scrupulously tested (with customer’s cutter blocks, if provided).
Machine bed and top beam designed to ensure high rigidity and stability of the machinery.
Both are built with a monobloc iron structure, stabilized, sandblasted and painted with epoxy-polyester powder resistant to impact, light reflections and weather for durability.
Even for the more problematic categories of wood pieces correct handling will be ensured.
The system can be integrated with oil-air mixed atomisation (optional) to further improve wood pieces conveying.
Thanks to the reduced thickness, these belts are very flexible and can be suitable even for heavy-duty performances.
Our pulleys are designed and manufactured with the most precision for a perfect fit with the belt grooves.

The machines are entirely produced and assembled in Italy, every single piece is assembled in our headquarters in Rimini.
Our company has laser cutting, welding and NC machining departments for a 0 km product.
All the machines are scrupulously tested before shipment, on request tests are carried out with the customer’s cutter blocks for a machine already ready to use.
It can be used on all sides and offers the possibility of having an additional shaft on each side.

As an alternative to the PLC we propose an economical system to speed up the machine setting by means of 2 buttons, 1 for rapid movement of the spindle, the other for positioning to the nearest tenth of a millimetre.
