In the production of semi-finished wood products (e.g. for window frames, interior doors, packaging), Futura Woodmac machines present quality solutions, because they are efficient and reliable, capable of meeting the needs of any process (in industry, construction and carpentry, joinery, handicraft) on any type of wood (laminated, honeycomb, plywood, multilayer, chipboard, mdf).
A first group of multifunctional machines (straightening, four-sided planing, profiling and moulding machines) provides excellent answers to the production of semi-finished products for wooden window and door frames, interior cladding and skirting boards, beams and load-bearing structures.
The working capacity ranges in height up to 180 mm (optional 200 mm), with a maximum width from 260 mm to 350/400 mm.
A second group of machines (CNC milling machines and anuba machines) offer the same efficiency and versatility in the production of semi-finished products for interior doors and wooden frames, for the needs of carpentry workshops and woodworking industries.
The production of the machines is entirely in Italy: the in-house technical department developed the design, machine body and assembly are manufactured in-house, parts are sourced from a well-established network of suppliers, each machine is scrupulously tested and inspected before delivery (even with the customer’s own tools, if supplied).
This ensures maximum control over the quality and safety of the required processes.
