On a scale from joinery to industrial woodworking, Futura Woodmac presents a range of machines capable of satisfying the most diverse requirements in the planing and profiling operations typical of the production of wooden skirting boards (for floors, stairs, skirting, cable glands).
From the P.ONE machine (aimed at joinery workshops, however capable of producing complex wooden profiles with great efficiency) to the three superior machines in terms of structure and variety of configurations (P.MAX, PROGRAM and SUPER PROGRAM, also valuable for the production of wooden parquet flooring and stairs), each machine has been designed in-house to offer greater quality, speed and reliability for skirting board processing (high or low, with thickness as required) on the 4 sides of the wood (mdf, solid wood, oak, raw, walnut, veneered or other).
Although varying in machining capacity (the maximum working width is 230 mm in P.ONE, 260 mm in P.MAX, 300 mm in PROGRAM, 350/400 mm in SUPER PROGRAM), each machine is entirely made in Italy with accurate controls on each stage of the production process.
The design is the work of the in-house technical department, the production of the machine body takes place in-house (as does the final assembly), the machine parts come from a historical network of suppliers (all Italian), which is constantly monitored, before the final inspection (always in-house, even with the customer’s tools if supplied).
