For manufacturers of wooden door frames, Futura Woodmac offers a machine proposal of great speed, reliability and versatility: P.MAX, a multifunctional moulder with one-piece base for maximum stability, also capable of planing and profiling wood on 4 sides, very useful for joinery workshops and small and medium-sized industries.

The 4 to 8 work spindles multiply the number of possible configurations in the production of wooden door frames (profiles and frames for interior doors, for windows and shutters, exterior door frames), with design choices and technological innovations that guarantee high workloads, in a continuous cycle, with maximum efficiency.

Its strengths include: the work table in Hardox HB400; the movement of the main spindles on linear guides and runner blocks; the movement of the axes controlled by recirculating ball screws; the automatic management of the main positions by PLC; the planetary gearmotor on the workpiece feed to reduce energy consumption; the possibility of having the machine supplied with customised systems for loading and unloading workpieces, on-demand.

The machine was designed by the in-house technical department to offer real and concrete solutions for the production of wooden door frames (laminated, but also wood and aluminium, pvc and wood) of all types (sliding, single-piece, thermal break, triple-glazed), with maximum control over the machinery even in the subsequent stages (production of the machine body, assembly, testing, all carried out in-house) to ensure the best integration into the customer’s production processes.
