Futura Woodmac machines also offer solutions for the production of external shutters and wooden window solid shutters, aimed at both joinery (P.ONE BASIC, P.ONE) and industrial processing (P.MAX), always pursuing the maximum correspondence between production targets and process optimisation in order to make them more efficient.
P.ONE BASIC, designed for joinery workshops because of its ideal price/quality ratio, has excellent performance on planing wooden parts and in the production of rounded battens, with precise and fast processing.
In the processing of shutters and solid shutters, in addition to its function as a planing machine, P.ONE can profile wood to produce excavations, millings and wooden templates.
Available in two models (“4 spindles” and “4 spindles + Universal”), both with spindle movement on linear guides and recirculating ball runner blocks, the second version makes the machine even more versatile and efficient thanks to the fifth spindle (usable in 4 different positions).
The characteristics of the P.MAX machine also make it useful in the industrial production of shutters (alla vicentina, alla padovana, sliding) for wooden windows: the structural solidity is a sign of reliability; the working capacity is higher; the equipment of accessories (also standard) is as rich as there are more functions.
In addition, the variety in the number of working spindles (from 4 to 8) multiplies the configuration opportunities, such as for the production of profiled battens then assembled into windows.
In order to guarantee maximum control (and therefore the best quality), each machine is produced entirely in Italy: almost entirely in-house (design, production of machine body and internal parts, final assembly, testing before delivery), apart from a few parts (which come from a well-established but constantly monitored network of all-Italian partners).
