in the Production of INTERNAL WOODEN DOORS
For the production of wooden doors (interior, solid wood and others), Futura Woodmac presents joinery workshops and small and medium-sized industries with a series of machines with excellent performance in two areas of processing: the production of profiles for wooden doors (such as cover strips, glazing beads, battens), with the P.MAX multipurpose moulder, and the machining of wooden doors and frames for the insertion of hardware (key, handle, lock) and hinges (knob, concealed, anuba), with CNC milling machines from the Tekno range (TEKNO PRIME, TEKNO X2, TEKNO BASIC).
Work can be carried out on any type of interior door (sliding doors, French windows, entrance doors, prefabricated doors, partition doors, gates and doors) and on any wood species as required (e.g. solid wood, raw, blockboard, honeycomb, natural, massive, chestnut, matchboards, walnut).
The P.MAX machine, equipped with 4 working spindles (extendable to 8), with a wealth of technological innovations and standard accessories, has its strong point in the variety of possible configurations in the processing of jambs with the necessary milling, to best fit (without interruption) the requirements of wooden door manufacturers.
The three numerically controlled milling machines (TEKNO PRIME, 5-axis, TEKNO X2, 7-axis, and TEKNO BASIC, 3/5-axis) include: milling units for lock and key slot; standard milling units for milling concealed hinges; anuba units (standard on the X2 model, optional on the BASIC model) for boring and inserting hinges with anuba system.
In addition, the PRIME and X2 models are able to work on 2 sides of the wood panel with just one application.
Each machine is made entirely in Italy, to ensure maximum control (and therefore quality) over its production in the factory: from design (at the in-house technical department) to on-site production of the machine body, from final assembly (with small parts from a historic network of Italian suppliers, constantly monitored) to testing before delivery (even with the customer’s own tools, if made available).
