The Futura Woodmac machines provide excellent solutions to the production of wooden handrails, both in joinery in profile processing (more or less extensive with the P.ONE, depending on the number of spindles supplied) and in the industrial processing of a shaped wooden handrail (where the more structured P.MAX and PROGRAM add greater complexity, continuity and stability to production, with detailed profiling on the 4 sides of the piece and changes in processing without stopping the machines).
The production opportunities are manifold (wooden profiles and handrails for interior and exterior staircases, railings, on wall), with every wood essence (starting with solid wood and walnut), in the most varied lengths (including the 3-4 metres that are usually most in demand).
Apart from the number of spindles (4-5 on P.ONE, 4-8 on P.MAX and PROGRAM), the most obvious difference is in the maximum working length: 230 mm, 260 mm and 300 mm respectively.
To guarantee their quality, each machine is made entirely in Italy.
In fact, the company has the utmost control over every stage of production: design, production of the machine body, final assembly (with parts acquired from historic Italian suppliers, constantly monitored) and testing before delivery (even with the customer’s own tools, if made available) all take place in-house.
