In the production of wooden window frames, Futura Woodmac’s P.MAX machine offers such a variety of configurations (from 4 to 8 working spindles) that it easily meets the speed and reliability requirements of the most demanding window frame manufacturers (in laminated wood, solid wood, mahogany, even wood and aluminium).
The processing of wood panels (for internal or external window frames, thermal break, sliding, on frame and counterframe) is manifold, depending on the profile or semi-finished product to be manufactured for shutters, windows and doors, both in joinery and in small and medium-sized industry.
To this end, tool configuration can be sped up by equipping the machine with a PLC system, for the handling and positioning of the work axes, saving and retrieving the work programme dedicated to each specific production in a few moments.
In addition, the option to extend the working stroke on the vertical spindles up to 120 mm below the work table, allowing several tools to be housed simultaneously, also shortens the changeover time from one machining operation to another to just a few seconds.
The machine is entirely made in Italy (both production and assembly), thanks to the synergy with the company Metalstar 2000 (with design office, 3 internal departments and testing room, also with customer’s tools, at the service of the necessary machining).
