The production of wooden shutters finds excellent resources in the Futura Woodmac machines, with several (customisable and optimisable) levels of available functions and processes, depending on the needs of joinery workshops and small and medium-sized industries engaged in the production of the most varied types of shutters (sliding, packet, bellows, swinging, genovese, 3-leaf, monobloc, up-and-over) in any wood essence (e.g. raw, laminated or solid wood).
The P.ONE BASIC machine is a joinery planing machine (with a maximum working capacity of 230 mm in width and 130 mm in height), useful for the production of wooden shutter elements: biscuits and flaps (fixed, adjustable, swivelling), slats, hinges and battens in the desired dimensions.
The P.ONE machine (with the same working capacity) adds profiling to planing, with the insertion of profiling tools to produce excavations, milling, wood shaping.
The P.MAX machine takes the maximum capacity to an even higher level (width 260 mm, height 180 mm extended to 200 mm with optional equipment), also capable of industrial processing of wooden shutters on large workpieces.
Furthermore, with the insertion of one or more 200 mm blades, it is possible to make upper and lower cuts to manufacture several battens from one piece.
Futura Woodmac machines are made entirely in Italy: in-house (design by the in-house technical department, production of the machine body, final assembly, testing before delivery with customer tools) or (for the production of parts and small parts) at a network of historical suppliers, constantly monitored, all Italian.
