The P.MAX automatic multipurpose machine is an excellent solution in the production of wooden windows, due to a series of features (solidity of the structure, high working capacity, wealth of functions, rapidity in changing operations, optimisation of consumption) that make it suitable for any woodworking requirement, especially thanks to the availability of several versions (4 to 8 spindles) with multiple configurations.
The opportunities in the production of windows, whether in wood (e.g. laminated, natural, solid wood, pine) or in combination with wood (wood and aluminium, wood and PVC), are therefore truly varied: in addition to windows (tailor-made, sliding, monobloc, French windows), all the elements that make them up (sashes and small doors, window profiles, frames and cover strips) are also available.
On the P.MAX, with a maximum working length of 260 mm (180 mm in height, 200 mm optional), a PLC system is available (as an option on demand) that allows the configuration of each production to be saved and retrieved within seconds.
PLC control of the axes, in combination with movement via ball screws, allows greater precision and stability in machining, smoother axis movement, and less motor wear and tear.
Every Futura Woodmac machine is entirely made in Italy: almost fully in-house (design, production of the machine body, final assembly, testing with customer tools before delivery), except for the small parts (which are in any case produced in Italy, at a network of historical partners that are constantly monitored).
