in the Production of WOODEN PANELS
In the processing and production of wood panels, Futura Woodmac’s range of machines meets the quality and efficiency requirements of industries and carpentry workshops, on more or less intense workloads, with any type of wood: solid wood, raw wood, fir, hardwood, chipboard, in strips, multilayer, wood fibre, plywood, osb wood, laminated wood and marine wood, among many others.
Processing can be carried out for any size (e.g. 200×100) and thickness (2-3-5 cm), also tailor-made, within the working capacities provided depending on the machine, up to a maximum height of 180 mm (optional 200 mm) with a maximum width of 350/400 mm.
Production can be for the most diverse areas: panels for interior cladding (for walls and false ceilings), for window and door frames (for wooden doors, including sliding or armoured doors, and shutters), for interior use (for wainscoting, furniture and flooring), for exterior use (for fences and gardens) or for construction (building site, yellow carpentry, self-supporting, sliding, walkable).
The first group of machines (multi-functional, capable of straightening, 4-sided planing, profiling and moulding) is particularly suitable for the production of panels for wooden bed frames and slats, of shutter details, and the production of shaped, milled or grooved panels (on each side).
The second group of machines (CNC milling and anuba milling machines) processes panels for the production of wooden frames and interior doors with milling for housing the hardware, also featuring the anuba unit (which, with its screwing unit, inserts the simple anuba on both the door and its frame) as required.
All machines are manufactured entirely in Italy, with maximum control over design, production, applied technologies and testing before delivery (even with the customer’s own tools, if supplied).
