P.QUADRO 4 is a compact and efficient straightener particularly suitable for small joineries, with CE marking and auto braking motors.
The machine is equipped with Poly-V belts to ensure maximum motor efficiency, air blowers for a better smoothness of the wood that can be further helped by a drop by drop system that mixes air and oil for resinous and wet woods.
The machine P.QUADRO 4, with 4 spindles, ensures a perfect straightening of the wood without vibrations.

MACHINE BODY INTERNAL MANUFACTURING
Its base, and in general the whole machine body and part of the internal small metal parts are produced on site, with our own numeric control milling cutters, thanks to the synergy with Metalstar 2000.
The company puts its 3 departments at the service of Futura Woodmac for any machining needs: i.e. the sheet metal laser cutting, the welding and the numeric control milling cutters departments.

WORKING PIECE 250 mm WITH CARDAN JOINTS FOR FEED SYSTEM
The machine can process a single piece of 250mm length and the feed system is complete of cardan joints.

TESTS BEFORE DELIVERY
Machine carefully and repeatedly tested, before delivery to the customer (even with its cutters, if made available).
The maximum working sections are 130mm wide and 130mm high.
The minimum working sections are 25mm wide (15mm opt) and 8mm high.
Thanks to the compact design, the machine can process single pieces of 250mm length.

Even for the more problematic categories of wood pieces correct handling will be ensured.
The system can be integrated with oil-air mixed atomisation to further improve wood pieces conveying.
Machine bed and top beam designed to ensure high rigidity and stability of the machinery.
Both are built with a monobloc iron structure, stabilized, sandblasted and painted with epoxy-polyester powder resistant to impact, light reflections and weather for durability.
