in the Production of WOODEN BEADS
Futura Woodmac machines offer high quality and efficient answers to the production of wooden beads, of any wood species (fir, also raw, larch, chestnut, pine, also impregnated, oak) and to be placed in the most diverse environments (exterior, interior walls, roofs, ceilings, lofts).
In the production of beading, even on intensive production cycles, the machines combine their versatility (carrying out several processes: straightening, 4-sided planing, profiling, moulding) with innovative technologies (on the worktop, drive system, shaft handling) and accurate testing before delivery (even with the customer’s tools, if supplied).
Thickness and length (well over 3-4 metres as required) vary depending on the working capacity of the machine (from a minimum size of 15×8 mm to a maximum of 350/400×200 mm), as do the applications in the production of wooden beads: for floors, for sauna cladding, for interior walls, for exterior cladding, for lofts with beams, for wooden roofs, up to beaded planking and boards.
Each machine is 100% Italian, to ensure maximum control over every stage of the manufacturing process: design at the in-house technical office, in-house production of the machine body, together with final assembly (with parts supplied by an established network of trusted suppliers, all in Italy).
