Futura Woodmac woodworking machines offer customised solutions for joinery workshops and industries to the production of wooden counterframes (for internal doors, external window frames and windows) with multiple machining operations with high performance and guaranteed reliability.
The P.ONE machine performs planing and profiling operations (on 3-4 sides, depending on the ‘4-spindle’ or ‘4-spindle + Universal’ version), with working speeds of up to 20 metres per minute, with tool diameters from 110 mm to 180 mm.
The maximum working capacity is 230 mm in width and 130 mm in height.
The P.MAX machine, equipped with a more imposing and resistant structure (thus capable of supporting even high work loads on continuous cycles), increases the number of functions (4-sided planing, wood profiling and moulding), production speed (30 metres per minute) and maximum working capacity (length 260 mm, height 180 mm extendable to 200 mm as an option).
In addition, the presence of multiple spindles (up to a maximum of 8) multiplies the configuration opportunities, optimising time and processes for the production of counterframes, and adding further efficiency by designing (in-house) customised part loading and unloading systems.
Each machine is totally manufactured in-house: from the design to the production of the machine body, from assembly (with small parts from a constantly monitored network of all-Italian suppliers) to final testing (even with customer tools, if available).
