Its base, and in general the whole machine body and part of the internal small metal parts are produced on site, with our own numeric control milling cutters.
In fact, Futura Woodmac works in synergy with Metalstar 2000 for any machining needs with its 3 departments: i.e. the sheet metal laser cutting, the welding and the numeric control milling cutters departments.

Milling head equipped with an electro-spindle with rotation speed from 3.000 to 18.000 g/min.
The unit is equipped with a 5-stop adjustable turret for quick operation changes.
Collet supplied
Machine equipped by 1 of 9-10 mm ER25 collet.
Remote push-button panel
Remote push-button for starting the machining cycle.
When the pedal is pressed, the pneumatic milling unit lowers and the bit does not stop until the pedal is released.
Worktable
It is a stable support even for large pieces.
