Wood Sander SFERA 60
Wood sander for edges and surfaces, practical and reliable over time.
The model includes two different versions: with only the sanding disc or with disc and sanding belt.
Machine designed according to EC standards and completely produced in Italy.

IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING OF THE MACHINE BODY
The machine has been assembled and manufactured in Italy: its base, and in general the whole machine body and part of the internal small metal parts are produced on site, with our own numeric control milling cutters.
In fact, Futura Woodmac works in synergy with Metalstar 2000 for any machining needs with its 3 departments: i.e. the sheet metal laser cutting, the welding and the numeric control milling cutters departments.
Worktable
Tilting worktable from 0° to +/-45° by handwheel.
The tilting could be detected on a graduated rod placed on the rotation sector.
Disc Unit
The sanding disc has a 600mm diameter with a rotation speed of 900 rpm.
The disc has a closing sheet metal for operator safety as required by European standards.
Belt Unit
Sfera 60 can be demanded with sanding disc unit only or with sanding disc and belt units.
The belt unit is very functional for template sanding.
The belt can be tilted from 0° to 90°.
Pneumatic Tyre Roller
The machine functions can be extended, upon request, thanks to a 70 mm diameter pneumatic tyre roller with pressure air chamber.
