Futura Woodmac at Xylexpo 2024

Futura Woodmac also confirms its participation in this edition (back in spring, 21-24 May) at the Xylexpo 2024 trade fair in Milan: the biennial international exhibition of woodworking technology and components for the furniture industry.

The company’s stand (HALL 3 – STAND D02) is located immediately at the entrance, entering through the main door of the Fiera Milano-Rho.
The company partners (starting from the founder, Oto Cusano) and the production manager will welcome retailers, partners and the public from all over the world, interested in the woodworking machinery sector, happy to present the characteristics and advantages of the Futura Woodmac machines on display (almost the entire production).

Among the planing and moulding machines, new and established models (further improved) will be exhibited such as:

• the brand new machine for joinery workshops, P.QUADRO 4, a very compact 4-sided planer, capable of machining single pieces up to 250 mm long, whose strengths lie in its small footprint and multi-functionality (a distinctive feature of the entire Futura Woodmac range of straighteners, 4-sided planers, profilers and moulders for wood);
• the P.MAX moulder, an 8-shaft model complete with a PLC with 13 controlled axes, which for the occasion will have its monitor switched on and axes in motion for a real time demonstration of fully controlled movements.

Among the CNC milling machines and anuba machines for the production of wooden doors:

• both the TEKNO BASIC and the TEKNO X2 (the latter in operation, simulating door machining with automated loading and unloading) will be on display;
• the design of a new machine, specifically for machining door frames, to complete the ‘Tekno’ range will also be presented.

In addition, among the latest new products already in production (wood sanding and tenoning machines, for joiners and hobbyists), which have been completely revamped from their original versions (thanks to the partnership with the company Metalstar 2000, which ensures total control over the production of the base and details), will be on display:

• the SFERA 60 sander (disc sander, also available with sanding belt);
• the LEVEL 150 sander (universal oscillating belt sander);
• the ELITE 400 tenoning machine (modular machine in two versions, with fixed shaft or with electrospindle).

For a company like Futura Woodmac, which strongly believes in the exponential value of innovation applied to processes and which therefore constantly invests in the research and development of new technologies, the Xylexpo 2024 trade fair is the best opportunity to give a practical demonstration of this, even if only through a first contact, to the international audience of woodworking experts (retailers, industries, carpentries, hobbyists) who will attend the fair.
